Dr. Miller is originally from Bunker Hill, Indiana. She grew up riding horses while her father raised, trained and bred Standardbred harness racehorses. She received her BA in Biology from DePauw University and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University. After graduating from Purdue, Dr. Miller completed another year of postdoctoral training in equine medicine at Wilhite & Frees Equine Hospital near Kansas City, Missouri.
Outside of work, you can find Dr. Miller exploring with her English Labrador, Freda and fiancé, Tyler. She enjoys hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and is an avid reader. She looks forward to meeting and working with you!
