Anything I have needed has been accommodated. Flexibility of scheduling and standard of care has always been exceptional. Dr. Mudd and Payton are both exceptional with our elderly donkeys. Communication is always good and if you have questions, she will always provide a detailed explanation so you understand what is going on with your animals. I always appreciate the professionalism and compassion shown during each visit.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary office. From phone calls to in-person visits, everyone is consistently kind, patient, and welcoming. The staff truly takes time to listen, and appointments are always educational rather than rushed—they make sure you understand everything and feel comfortable with your pet’s care. This office has been there for some of my most meaningful and difficult moments. They compassionately helped me say goodbye to my dog, Mac, a few years ago, and I will always be grateful for the care and respect they showed during that time. More recently, after moving back to Indiana from Wyoming, I brought home a new Golden Retriever puppy, Oakley, and they immediately got him in for a check-up and helped us through an issue he was having. They treated him with so much care and made the whole process easy and reassuring. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that combines genuine compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication the way they do.
