I had to take our dog for an emergency visit for a dog bite and hurt leg and they squeezed us in. I didn't mind the wait either. They took good care of him and checked him over. Barely has to shave him to treat his wound. They treated him and we went home. I didnt expect a follow up text the next day but they sent a text checking in on him and I really appreciate that. It shows they care about the animals they treat. I could have drove to an emergency facility but I would rather go where I know our pets are valued and treated great. Thank you Janssen veterinary for loving our gizmo.

I have been bringing our dogs to Janssen Vet Clinic for over 14 years. Our first dog, Blue came down with arthritis at 7 years old. We did various treatments, which would work for awhile and then we would try something else. She battled arthritis for about 5 years. The vets and the staff all knew her, and the day we had to end her suffering, there was not a dry eye in the house. All of our dogs have been treated with so much compassion and dignity, which is why I give 5 stars to Janssen Vet Clinic. The other reason is that we rescued a very shy/scared dog, and it has been a challenge taking her to vet appointments. Janssen Vet has worked with us, to help her feel most comfortable at their office. Last week, at 4 years old now, she had the best vet visit ever. I am so thankful they have been patient and compassionate and have helped my shy dog start to come out of her shell. I would like to thank the veterinarians and the vet techs, who do such a good job at every visit.

Dr Thompson is tops in his field. Not only in knowledge but he's personable and cares for the animals physical health and comfort. Communicates on an easily understandable level. He and his assistant Ellen work well together. Ellen is as compassionate and caring as Dr. Thompson.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and Dr. Miller. My horse developed pretty bad cellulitis, and thanks to Dr. Miller, after 3 days, you could barely tell. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Above and beyond. All staff were so kind and accommodating.
